Packaging

 

When you buy a poster from us, the poster will be packed in a purpose-designed cardboard tube. All posters are shipped in durable, protective cardboard tubes suitable for nationwide shipping.

Shipping agent

All orders are shipped from our studio in Brooklyn, South Africa. We ship nationwide using PostNet.

Tracking

​

All packages have track and trace. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the order is complete and has been handed over to PostNet. Note that once an item has been dispatched and you have received the tracking details, Wakki Art will no longer be liable for the item. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure someone is at the receiving address to accept delivery. The customer needs to contact PostNet if changes need to be made to the receiving address or delivery time.

 

Delivery times

We dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days. Transit time for shipments is typically 1-2 business days when sending to a Major Centre. Delivery times can be affected by several variables, which may lead to a delay in shipment. Take note that we cannot take responsibility for any delays out of our control.
